refund policy

1. general refund policy
due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on food or drink items unless there is a quality issue or an error with your order.
if you experience any issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them.

2. juice cleanse 
we require full payment of your juice cleanse no later then 48 hours before collection. if you cancel no later then 24 hours before your collection you will receive 50% back, anything after 24 hours is non refundable. payment for juice cleanses can be made in site, or via BACS. we do not take telephone payments. 

if you wish to change your collection date, this must be done within 48 hours of the original collection date.

please note, we require a minimum of 48hours notice to book a juice cleanse. 

event bookings + bespoke orders 

deposits for private events and bespoke orders are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if changed no later then 48 hours in advance of original collection date. 

we require a 50% deposit of your total invoice 7 days before your event. the full amount will be due 7 days from the event / bespoke order being delivered. 

cancellations after 72 hours of the event date must be paid in full and none refundable. 

4. faulty or incorrect orders
if you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please notify us within 24 hours. we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
photographic evidence may be required for faulty products.

5. refunds & processing time

• approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• we cannot issue refunds for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
