• bespoke orders require advance notice and may require a deposit.
   

3. cancellations & refunds

• cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery to receive a full refund.

• refunds are not available for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

• for bespoke orders, deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the event.
   

4. events & private bookings

• event bookings require a deposit to secure your date.

• any changes to your booking must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

• brew twenty three reserves the right to refuse or cancel an event booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
   

5. juice cleanse & dietary information

• our juice cleanse programs are designed to support a healthy lifestyle, but they are not a substitute for medical advice.

• please consult a healthcare professional before starting a cleanse, especially if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions.

• while we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten, and we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
   

6. delivery & collection

• delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• customers must provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

• uncollected orders will not be refunded.
